What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you type into the form: your name, company, email address, phone number, city, the product you are interested in, quantity, any required date, your notes, and — if you attach one — the packaging configuration you created in the 3D Lab. We also store the time the enquiry was received and a reference number.
Why we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and follow up about your packaging requirement. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
WhatsApp and phone
Choosing WhatsApp or call opens your own app with our number, +91 9088889888. Anything you send there is handled by your messaging provider under their terms, and by us as part of your enquiry.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in a private database. Only authorised Kraftmill staff accounts can view them. Artwork or files shared with an enquiry are kept private and are not published on the website.
Your choices
You can ask us to send you a copy of the enquiry details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them. Email kraftmillind@gmail.com with your enquiry reference and we will action it.
