Website information
Product photos, 3D Lab previews, sizes and material notes are for general guidance. Colours, finishes and proportions in the final product may differ from on-screen previews. Details may change without notice.
Quotations and custom work
An enquiry is a request for a quotation, not an order. Every job is custom, so specifications, quantities, pricing and timelines are confirmed only in a written quotation or order confirmation from Kraftmill. That confirmation governs the commercial terms of the job.
Artwork and intellectual property
When you share logos, artwork or designs, you confirm you own them or have permission to use them for printing. You remain responsible for the content, spelling and accuracy of approved artwork. We use your files only to quote for and produce your packaging. Website content, including text, photos and the Kraftmill name and logo, may not be reused without permission.
Lead times
Any lead time we share is an estimate. It depends on artwork approval, material availability, quantity and finishing, and is confirmed with your order.
WhatsApp, phone and email

Liability
